I am a retired nurse who loves werewolves. Probably because I also love real wolves. Or maybe I just want to be a werewolf when I grow up.

I started writing when I was about 12 years old and graduated to fan fiction as an adult. I enjoyed writing my version of favorite TV shows.

One day I downloaded a reading app on my phone and started reading werewolf stories. It didn’t take long before I became disillusioned by them. The last straw was when the characters and plot changed mid-story. I sighed and said, “I can write better than this.” I didn’t know I was echoing Stephen King’s thoughts when I said that, but he’s right. One day, you just realize that you can do better.

So I started writing Blue Crescent…Black Moon. I wrote it in June of this year and it’s now in the polishing phase. I’ve been lucky enough to meet a wonderful writer, who is in residence at the local library, and she has helped me so much. Not only with encouragement, but with punctuation.

If you choose to join me in the pack, you’ll meet Alpha Ryan Sullivan, his mate Samantha, aka Sammie. His brother Alex is his Gamma, or third in command. Although the oldest, Alex refused being Alpha and handed it to Ryan when they were twenty-one. Since then he has traveled the world, studying fighting styles and incorporates that with the training he gives the warriors. No one challenges the Blue Crescent warriors.

Wyatt, their adopted brother, is Ryan’s Beta. He handles all the details for security and making sure that everyone follows the rules. His mate, and Sammie’s partner-in-trouble-again, is Monique, the Beta Luna. As Monique says, there are good ideas and there are Sammie’s ideas. The rest of the family will be there, too.

Although I still have some work to do on Blue Crescent…Black Moon, I have already begun Blue Moon…the Rebirth. It carries some characters forward from Blue Crescent and introduces some new ones like Tessa, Alex’s mate, and Garrick, a not so loyal member of the Blue Moon Pack. Alex knows Garrick is up to no good, but as he would say, he needs more intel.

And if you enjoy Blue Moon, perhaps you’ll enjoy learning about Jared Sullivan, the Texas/cowboy/cousin in the third book, The Shadow Canyon Pack. Hank, a fellow rancher, comes to Jared for help after a brutal murder the previous night. He knows Jared and his family are the only ones who can help.

I hope you’ll join me and that you’ll enjoy reading The Sullivan Boys’ trilogy, as much as I’m enjoying writing, and spending time with them.

I’m glad you’re here.
